Our approach understands operating and capital planning and funding processes
For over 25 years, we have worked very closely with organizations that receive funding from federal, provincial, municipal and philanthropic sources. We have managed projects funded by capital grants as well as ongoing operating funds.
We also have extensive experience preparing operating budgets and cashflow projections associated with a capital project.
