Our approach promotes sustainable solutions

We believe in the importance of developing cost-effective program responses to community needs, including environmentally sustainable construction options where possible. Several recent projects received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, while others integrated green features without pursuing full certification. These measures enhance staff comfort and reduce building operating costs by reducing water use, controlling heat build-up in summer, extending daylight into interior spaces and using less energy for winter heating.
