This project provided Somerset West Community Health Centre with a second location to satisfy the quality health care and social service needs of the growing community in the service area. This site is to serve the western part of the catchment, such as Hintonburg, Mechanicsville, Champlain Park and West Wellington. A former church was purchased and renovated for Somerset West’s satellite community health centre and community hub.
